Energy Work

My personal style of energy work is kundalini based, intuitive, and improvisational. It is freely based on the notion of taking the energy from the base of the spine, purifying it and moving it upward through the spine into the upper chakras. The informal session usually follows this pattern: I begin by projecting energy out of my hands into the root chakra from about one or two feet away from the body (little or no touching is neccesary in this process). I help to establish a strong grounding and then project into the fourth chakra, the heart. After energizing and cleansing the heart, I purify the lower chakras by connecting the energies of the heart and root.

After that is established I energize the third eye and throat and try to relieve blockages that may exist in those regions. I energize the crown chakra and align and balance all the chakras from there. During and after this assisted trance, intuition, clarity and inspiration are enhanced.
